Messaging around sexual assault prevention is largely aimed at women and cloaked in helpful advice: dont walk alone, dont get drunk, dont put yourself at risk. Essentially, dont get raped.

What if we turn this attention to a different population and say, dont rape? What are we doing wrong as a culture that we continue to produce rapists?

Through poignant storytelling, award-winning author and investigative producer Amy Herdy explores the cycle of sexual abuse and examines the dangers of dismissing our most violent predators as monsters.

Although nanotechnology is the study of ultra-small structures, it not simply about making things smaller for the sake of it. It is because the game of science has different rules when you play it in the nanoscale. Noushin Nasiri received her PhD in Nanotechnology following which she continued working on nanostructured materials for health, energy and environmental applications. In 2018, she joined the Macquarie University School of Engineering as a lecturer and group leader. Her research lies at the intersection of science, technology and engineering. She has since worked with organizations to use persuasive communication to increase their performance, productivity, and profit, and published a book about her personal research called Getting Others to Do What You Want. In addition to her marketing and consulting work, Lynne is a member of the National Speakers Association and President-elect of its Illinois chapter.
