Clive is a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at Middlesex University in England. For the past seven years, he has studied the evidence and effects of toxic leadership, and in particular the influence of the presence of corporate psychopaths on various workplace outcomes, including on levels of conflict and bullying at work.

Anna Ploszajski is an award-winning materials scientist, engineer and communicator, and was
recently made Young Engineer of the Year 2017 by The Royal Academy of Engineering. She
regularly performs stand-up comedy about science, has appeared on national television and
radio, and produces her own podcast about materials called ‘rial talk. She has authored a
chapter on smart materials in Professor Jim Al-Khalili’s new popular science book, What’s
Next?.. Anna Ploszajski is a materials scientist, engineer and communicator, and was recently named Young Engineer of the Year by the Royal Academy of Engineering. She has just finished her engineering doctorate at UCL in hydrogen storage materials, sponsored by industrial partner Cella Energy.
Anna received a First Class Honours degree (MEng) in Materials Science from Oxford University in 2013. During this she won a host of prizes and scholarships from Mansfield College, Rolls-Royce and the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining.
Anna is a science communicator, regularly performing stand-up comedy with Bright Club and Science Showoff across the country as well as talks to adult and family audiences. She’s a proud member of the Science Showoff Talent Factory, and was a FameLab national finalist in 2017. LoVina Louie explains the historical root causes for the challenges facing many Native Americans. Her abundant insight and passionate stories lead into a heart wrenching yet hopeful song that will captivate you as you listen to this talk. LoVina is an enrolled member of the schitsuumsh (Coeur d’Alene) Tribe and a descendant of the nselxcin (Okanogan/Colville) and Nimipu (Nez Perce) tribes. She is a descendant of Chief Morris Antelope of the schitsuumsh and Chief Manuel Louie of the Inkaneep Band in Oliver, BC, Canada.

LoVina is director of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe’s Marimn Health Wellness Center as well as the Coordinator for Qwest Life. She earned her Bachelors Degree from University of Idaho in Organizational Sciences with an emphasis in Community and Tribal Wellness.

LoVina is the visionary behind the revolutionary exercise series “Powwow Sweat” and co-directed the American Indian Film Festival and Red Nation Film Festival award winning music video “We Shall Remain.”

As a former Miss Indian World, she has traveled to hundreds of tribal communities. LoVina is a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend and an amazing human being. Nixiwaka Yawanawá is a member of the Yawanawá tribe — a community of indigenous people who live within the Amazon rainforest — on the Acre River Headwaters Indigenous Land. Like many other Amazonian tribes, the Yawanawá rely on the rainforest for their subsistence, and the land holds a very deep spiritual significance, Nixiwaka says. However, their land is being illegally invaded and projects like dams, roads, mining and agriculture are destroying their way of life.

Indigenous people are all over Brazil are speaking out against these changes and fighting for their right to live on their ancestral lands in peace. Nixiwaka asks us to consider why a way of life that is designed to be entirely in tune with its environment and resources is being destroyed by a way of life that isn’t.

Частные компании всё чаще запускают многоразовые ракеты, уже строят луноходы и готовят добычу полезных ископаемых на астероидах. Способен ли бизнес полностью вытеснить государственные программы?
